How to time the M109R

When doing a valve check and having to change the shims, rebuilding an engine or simply a transmission fix, this is how you time the M109R motor. Even if you only remove the rear head for the transmission, you still need to time it starting at the front cylinder. You have to set it to F/T with the cams in the proper spot and then time the rear.
